The senators from the Labour Party, Peoples Democratic Party, All Progressives Grand Alliance, Social Democratic Party, and New Nigeria Peoples Party are collaborating “harmoniously” with the APC senators, according to former Kaduna Central Senator Shehu Sani.
He revealed that the opposition’s side in the Senate chambers is becoming increasingly weak.
Sani was responding to remarks by the Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed, that defectors are cowards.
Posting on social media: “The opposition sits on the left-hand side of the Senate President in the Chamber. It appears that the side is becoming empty.
According to reports, the state lead representative of Bauchi referred to the defectors as “cowards.”
“The truth is that even without defections, the LP, PDP, APGA, SDP, and NNPP senators are working ‘harmoniously’ with the ruling party senators.”
