Fubara’s Appeal Dismissed By Supreme Court

A five-man panel of the Supreme Court led by Justice Uwani Abba-Aji has dismissed the allure filed by the Lead representatives of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, challenging the leadership of the Rivers State House of Assembly led by Martin Amaewhule.

Justice Uwani Abba-Aji while dismissing the allure granted an expense of two million naira against the lead representative payable to the Rivers State House of Assembly as the principal respondent and Martin Amaewhule as the subsequent respondent.

The dismissal of the allure by Fubara was relied on the withdrawal of the suit by his insight, Yusuf Ali.
