Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has delivered more development projects to Northern Nigeria than any previous Nigerian leader, citing investments in infrastructure, agriculture and healthcare as evidence of the administration’s commitment to the region.
Speaking during an interview on ARISE Television, Governor Uba Sani dismissed claims that the North would abandon Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election, insisting the President would secure even more votes in the region than he did in 2023.
The Kaduna governor said his position was based on “data and statistics,” pointing to ongoing federal projects, including the Abuja-Kaduna Road, which he noted had recorded significant progress under the current administration after years of delays.
Governor Sani maintained that the Federal Government’s investments across the North have strengthened public support for Tinubu, expressing confidence that the President would receive increased backing from Northern voters in the 2027 general election.
