Members of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) held a physical meeting at its secretariat in Abuja.
The meeting which was scheduled for 8 O’clock did not start at the initial time it was slated for, because only few Lead Representatives were present at the venue.
Some of the Lead Representatives present included the Lead Representatives of Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Dapo Abiodun (Ogun), Lucky Aiyedatiwa (Ondo), Dauda Lawal (Zamfara), AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara).
Others included Francis Nwifuru (Ebonyi ), Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe), Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Nasir Idris (Kebbi) and Usman Ododo (Kogi).
A duplicate of the topic of discussion that was distributed to journalists shows that the Lead Representatives will examine, among different issues, the issue of stamp Duty, Royalties Accounts Reconciliation, and Updates on the Africa Investment Forum (AIF)
The discussion likewise received presentations from the Deputy Speaker, Green Chamber , Benjamin Kalu, relating to the ongoing Constitutional Amendment efforts by the national assembly.
